Women Empowerment & Entrepreneurship: Advanced Communication Skills & AI-Driven Digital Marketing Training

The training session was conducted under the valuable guidance and support of Dr. TanvirKamal, President APWA, whose vision and leadership continue to promote skill development opportunities for women across Pakistan. The event was meticulously planned and coordinated by Ms. Aniqa Adil, Youth Chairperson APWA, and Ms. Rashida Kiran, ensuring seamless arrangements and active engagement of all participants.

Approximately 50 female participants attended the session, including teachers from APWA Schools and APWA Youth Members. The program was designed to provide practical knowledge and enhance professional competencies, enabling women to leverage modern tools and strategies for entrepreneurship and career development.

Session 1: Digital Marketing with AI -Trainer: Engr. Mr.Bilal Mehmood

The first session focused on Digital Marketing with Artificial Intelligence (AI). Through a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation and interactive discussions, participants gained insights into the growing role of AI in business and marketing. Key topics included:

• Fundamentals of Digital Marketing and its relevance for modern entrepreneurs

• AI-driven tools for content creation, automation, and branding

• Social media marketing strategies tailored for small businesses and home-based ventures

• Practical applications for promoting products and services online

• Career opportunities emerging in digital platforms and AI-driven marketing

The session emphasized how women entrepreneurs can enhance their online presence, optimize digital campaigns, and compete effectively in an evolving marketplace using AI tools. Participants were encouraged to explore innovative ways to integrate technology into their professional ventures.

Session 2: Communication & Presentation Skills - Trainer: Ms. Samreen

The second session focused on Communication and Presentation Skills, aiming to strengthen participants’ confidence and interpersonal effectiveness. The session highlighted:

• Building self-confidence and overcoming the fear of public speaking

• Effective use of body language and non-verbal cues

• Enhancing clarity, tone, and articulation in speech

• Active listening as a core communication skill

• Structuring and delivering impactful presentations

• The importance of communication in leadership and entrepreneurship

Through interactive exercises and discussion, participants were encouraged to recognize their strengths, improve presentation techniques, and develop leadership communication skills.

Participation & Hospitality

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from all attendees, reflecting strong interest in professional and entrepreneurial development. APWA provided a welcoming environment, including lunch for trainers and participants, ensuring the session was both productive and hospitable.

The training session successfully enhanced women’s communication capabilities and introduced modern AI-driven digital marketing skills, aligning with the requirements of today’s professional and entrepreneurial landscape. The collaboration between APWA Youth and PITACdemonstrates a shared commitment to empowering women through skill development and capacity building. The session received highly positive feedback from all participants, who appreciated the practical insights and interactive learning experience.
