What began as a modest initiative offering a handful of courses has now expanded to over 30 programs, training nearly 1,000 women each year in areas such as computer literacy, beautician training, calligraphy, beadwork, and handicrafts. The center ensures that women gain practical, marketable skills that enhance both employability and entrepreneurial potential.

Vision: To create a self-sustaining, empowered community where women and children have equal access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities, ensuring long-term social and financial stability.
Mission: To uplift women through skill-based education, financial assistance, and cultural engagement, fostering leadership, social awareness, and active participation in society and the economy.

Initiatives & Impact

The center’s initiatives go beyond vocational training to encompass social engagement, community-building, and empowerment programs. Key initiatives include:

    • Over 30 professional courses in fields like beautician training, computer literacy, calligraphy, and beadwork.

    • Financial assistance of Rs. 20,000 per student to support women in need, made possible through generous donor contributions.

    • New Year Candlelight Celebration allows members to dedicate candles to personal goals, symbolizing hope and resilience.

    • The 75th Diamond Anniversary (Family Mela) showcased student projects and achievements, with government officials in attendance and certificates awarded to teachers for their dedication.

    • Panel discussions during Eid Milan Parties foster intergenerational dialogue and knowledge-sharing.

    • Visits to historic and cultural sites, such as Frere Hall and the Sadequain Art Gallery, provide experiential learning and cultural enrichment.
