By maintaining active affiliations with internationally recognized bodies, APWA participates in policy dialogue, advocacy initiatives, and cross-cultural exchange programs that address critical issues affecting women, families, and communities. These collaborations enable APWA to share Pakistan’s perspectives while learning from global best practices in education, health, leadership development, and social justice.

ICW

INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF WOMEN (ICW)

The ICW is a global federation of national women’s councils, advocating for women’s rights, equality, and social justice worldwide, with members collaborating to advance women’s empowerment through international dialogue and initiatives.

ASSOCIATED COUNTRY WOMEN OF THE WORLD (ACWW)

ACWW is an international network dedicated to improving the lives of rural women and families through education, sustainable livelihoods, and community development, connecting women across countries to share knowledge and strengthen communities.

INTERNATIONAL ALLIANCE OF WOMEN (IAW)

IAW is a leading non-governmental organization promoting human rights, gender equality, and the political, social, and economic empowerment of women and girls, working globally to advance women’s leadership and participation.

GFWC: GENERAL FEDERATION OF WOMEN’S CLUB, U.S. (GFWC)

GFWC is a worldwide federation of women’s clubs engaged in philanthropy, education, leadership development, and community service, fostering initiatives that address both local and global challenges while promoting civic engagement.

PAN PACIFIC AND SOUTH EAST ASIA WOMEN’S ASSOCIATION (PPSEAWA)

PPSEAWA fosters peace, cooperation, and understanding among women in the Pan Pacific and South East Asian regions through education, advocacy, and cultural exchange, strengthening regional networks and empowering women leaders.

NATIONAL COUNCIL OF WOMEN (NCW)

NCW is a representative organization uniting women’s groups to promote women’s welfare, rights, and social development at both national and international levels, creating platforms for advocacy, education, and collaboration among diverse women’s organizations.
